  4. Registration is required to use LogiCat beyond the 30 day evaluation period
  5. that is offered to non-business users.  Technical support is offered to
  6. registered users through the Lost At C BBS at (209) 521-2143 at no charge.
  7.  
  8. You may register for the use of LogiCat by writing to me.  The registration
  9. licenses you for perpetual, non-exclusive use of any version.  Purchase
  10. orders and invoices are acceptable forms of payment for businesses and
  11. institutions.  A license agreement is enclosed for your use.  (You may also 
  12. submit your own license agreement for my review if you desire to do so).

  14. If you have special needs such as a site license or a customized version 
  15. feel free to submit them in writing.  You may request registration for:
  16.  
  17.     a fixed number of copies
  18.  
  19.     an unlimited number of copies
  20.  
  21.     customized version of LogiCat
  22.  
  23.     permission to include LogiCat with your products
  24.  
  25.     license to resell LogiCat
  26.  
  27.     other special needs that you have
  28.  
  29. The fee for registration depends on what you want.  The fee applies to a
  30. single site only.  If you use a local area network you must purchase a 
  31. copy of the program for each computer on the network that will be using the
  32. program.

  52. No matter what quantity you buy only one set of materials will be sent to 
  53. you.  You may make as many copies of LogiCat as you registered to use.

  55. Upgrades and technical support are provided via the support BBS on 
  56. (209) 521-2143 at no charge (beyond possible charges by your phone company
  57. for a toll call).  Registered users get *FREE* upgrades by calling the
  58. support board.

  60. The following forms of payment are currently accepted:

  64.     Purchase Order - NET 30        (only available for orders of $50.00
  65.                      or more.)

  67. All checks and money orders must be made out in US Dollars.

  69. I take no responsibility for cash that is sent since it may get lost in the
  70. mail.  Send cash at your own risk, it would be safer to send a check or a 
  71. money order.
